3. 6:10 Call to the Public This is the time for the public to comment. Members of the Board may not discuss or take legal action on items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Pursuant to ARS 38-431.01(h), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date. Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker.

   a. Review, discuss and vote on Amendment 3 to the Verde Ditch Piping Agreement between the Nature Conservancy, the Verde Natural Resource Conservation District and the Verde Ditch Company.
